Newsletter Registration

Once you agree to receive information on news, events, and publications by the German-Chinese Business Association, including the “China Economic Bulletin”, (newsletter) by electronic means, we will use the contact data provided by you exclusively for this purpose or to inform you about this service or about the registration to this service. We do not transmit this data to others. Apart from a valid e-mail address, which we need in order to send you the information, we store the IP address and date of registration to the newsletter. We use this data to prove misuse, in case a wrong e-mail address was used during the registration process. We use a “double opt-in” procedure to make sure that the e-mail address was not entered by someone else. During this procedure we record the application for the newsletter, the date of sending out the confirmation mail as well as the receipt of the registration cormfimation. We use secure transmission techniques (SSL) via HTTPS to protect your data.

You may at any time withdraw your consent for the storage of your data, you e-mail address or its use for the newsletter. We provide a link with each newsletter that allows you to cancel your subscription. Furthermore, you may get in touch with us via the contact details provided on this website.
